Excellent original condition with very minor charming indication of age. No repairs.
Marked under the base with italian silver hallmarks, 800. 
Guaranteed solid silver: 800/1000 silver standard, lower than sterling.
All dark  spots you are seeing in the pictures is just  reflection and light tarnishing - needs some more hand cleaning and polishing.
