Marked inside and under the base with set of russian silver hallmarks for moscow, 84 and maker's mark in cyrillic for pulyatkin  vaselei  ivanovich. 
Silver hallmarks for 1908-1917 period.

Very good original antique condition with expected age wear, some dents and scratches. Very slight tilt to one side.
