Wooden shaft is about 3/4 in. (19 mm) largest diameter, just under sterling band.

Very good original antique condition with normal charming indication of age.
Minor expected age wear to wooden shaft.
Expected very minor stable age cracks on handle.
Age wear to original metal ferrule (tip of the shaft).
