Dominick & haff, new york, "victoria" pattern (pat. 1901).
Serving piece - massive serving fork.
Marked on the back with set of d&h sterling hallmarks. 
Also marked with j.e. Caldwell & co retailer's mark.
Engraved with beautiful original monogram (looks like "emt").

Very good original antique unpolished condition.
