Rare quran (qur'an) silver case. 
Turkish ottoman empire, circa early 20th century. 
All hand made piece with wonderful hand chased decoration.
Silver coins chained to case, one coin attached to the front.
Unmarked, can't guarantee silver standard, probably low grade of silver.
Turkish ottoman army officers were wearing this type of cases.

About 5 x 4 1/2 in. (12.7 x 11.5 cm) not including chains with coins and rings on the sides.
  Weight:
About 348 grams (including wood and glass beads on chains).
  Condition:
Good original antique condition with honest field wear and charming indication of age.
Expected handling marks, dents and scratches.
Holes and soldering residue on silver coins.
No previous restoration.
