Marked inside on both parts with 84 russian silver hallmarks for moscow, 1908 - 1917 period. 
Maker's mark "p p" in cyrillic.
No monogram or personalized inscription.
Green glass (or semiprecious stone) on push-button.

 Very good original antique condition with charming expected indication of age - some very minor normal scratches and handling marks, mentioned just for accuracy.
