Yemen or saidi arabia, circa middle of 20th century. 
Signed blade. 
Silver mounted grip and leather-over wood scabbard, probably low grade silver - we can't guarantee purity of silver metal. 
Grip is made of wood or domestic animal cattle h0rn (we are not sure about grip material)

About 13 1/8 in. (33.4 cm) long in scabbard (straight line). 
About 12 1/4 in. (31.1 cm) long out of scabbard.  
Blade is about 8 1/4 in. (21 cm) long.
