Nice classy design - clean simple lines.
No monogram or mono removal.
Each piece is marked with latvian silver hallmarks for 1922 - 1939 period, 875/1000 russian silver standard. Maker's mark "lr" .

Coffee pot is about 10 in. (26.1 cm) high at the finial. 
Creamer is about 5 1/16 in. (12.9 cm) high. 
Covered sugar bowl is about 4 1/2 in. (11.5 cm) high including finial.

Total weight is about 41.5 troy oz. - 1290 grams.
   condition:
Very good original condition with minimum amount of normal wear. Original gilding inside coffee pot is in excellent antique condition, shows minor expected wear. 
Few minor dents and normal scratches. 
Insulator is missing from bottom part of handle (other insulator at the top of the handle is original). 
Some play on coffee pot handle. 
No repairs.
