Overall good unrestored original antique condition, shows honest wear and charming indication of age.
Sharp blade is in good antique condition with few very (very!) Minor nicks to cutting edge. Blade has been cleaned at some point in the past.
Original black leather shows significant age wear. 
Some damage to original scabbard - wood is slightly shrank and warped, tip of the blade sticks out.
Some leather missing at the tip of scabbard.
