India, mughal empire, circa 18th century.
Multi-fullered high quality hand forged blade. 
Blade probably of european manufacturing. 
"basket" steel hilt.
Grip is wrapped with original fabric.  
No scabbard. 
The sword is a part of fine eastern weapons collection that we purchased some time ago, original auction tag from 1950's is still attached to the hilt.

Very good original antique condition with honest field wear and charming indication of age. 
Very (very!) Light old pitting to blade. 
Minor corrosion inside hilt basket, at the areas that were originally covered with fabric.
Significant wear to original antique fabric wrapping on grip.  
No play between blade and hilt.
No scabbard.
