Superb hand carved handle in form of cockatoo parrot bird head.
Handle is carved from domestic cattle b0ne (mentioned to comply with ebay policy).
Circa 19th century.
Original glass eyes.
Dark brown color highest quality heavy rosewood shaft - super strong and sturdy. 
Monogrammed ornate gold filled collar. 
Cane feels heavy for it's size - would support very good deal of weight.

Large handle is about 2 5/16 in. (5.9 cm) high and 2 1/4 in. (5.7 cm) wide at widest point. 
Wooden shaft is about 15/16 in (2.3 cm) diameter just under gold filled collar.

Minor expected age wear and handling marks to wooden shaft.
