Nautical theme: pond... Lake... Wave... Water flowers. 
Marked under the base and on each handle with russian silver hallmarks for moscow (1908 - 1917 period). Maker's mark for nikolai zverev.  
Presentation piece - probably was a gift for 25th  "silver" wedding anniversary. Engraved with beautiful original monogram on one side.  Also engraved on other side: xxv , 4/ix , 1913.

 About 12 3/8 in. (31.4 cm) long including handles, 7 1/8 in. (18.1 cm) wide and 3 3/4 in. (9.5 cm) high at the handles.
   Weight:
 About 20.9 troy oz. (652 grams) - feels heavy for the size.
   Condition:
 Excellent original antique condition with minimum amount of normal wear. Few very (very!) Minor dents and scratches. Original gilding inside is excellent, shows very minor wear. All dark spots that you seeing in pictures is just a reflection. No repairs.
