Made in france for russian market, circa early 20th century (before 1917).
Marked with russian silver "84" import hallmark and french "diamond" shape maker's mark (cup was made in france and legally / officially imported to russian empire to be sold by domestic retailer). 
Feels very heavy. 
Engraved with beautiful original monogram on one side.

About 4.7 troy oz (146 grams), fells very heavy for the size.
   Condition:
Very good original antique condition with light expected handling marks and minor indication of age, crisp details on decoration.
Couple of very light dents around the base - hardly noticeable in real life, don't affect overall appearance or functionality.  
All dark spots that appear in the pictures is just a reflection.
No repairs.
