Bohemian, probably moser, circa 19th century. 
Dark red ruby color glass with white enamel and gold decoration - floral motif.  
All hand cut heavy glass.

Very good original antique condition with minor normal indication of age. 
Expected light wear to gold, very (very!) Minor losses to white enamel.
