Beautiful repousse floral decoration, superb crisp details. 
Original brass insert - liner.
Marked on the side with german silver hallmarks and maker's mark. Also marked with austrian silver import mark.
Piece is made of solid silver - 800/1000 european silver standard (lower than sterling). 
Original insert (liner) is made of brass.

Very good original antique condition with very minor charming indication of age. 
No repairs. 
Brass liner shows cosmetic age wear. 
May need some more hand cleaning and polishing.
