Scabbard and hilt made of solid silver (guaranteed minimum 800/1000 silver standard or higher). 
Superb quality chiseled turkish ottoman style blade. 
Scabbard and hilt parts made of very heavy gauge of silver, total weight is about 1.4 pounds (643 grams).
Apparently unmarked, most likely made on special order.
