Superb hand carved grip and sheath.
Viking's head at the pommel, probably represents king olav haraldsson.
Viking worrier, helmet, shield, acanthus leaves... Exceptional quality, meticulous attention to smallest crisp details - just stunning!
Sheath and grip each carved from single piece of b0ne.
(carved from domestic animal cattle b0ne - mentioned to comply with ebay policy).
Solid silver hand engraved sheath mounts (unmarked - guaranteed solid silver, 800/1000 or higher silver standard).
Typical form strong and razor sharp hand forged blade.
Apparently unmarked.

  Condition:
Very good original antique condition with minor normal handling marks and charming indication of age.
No losses to carving, wonderful light age patina.

Very (very!) Minor expected stable age cracks to sheath, mentioned just for 100% accuracy and don't downgrade overall appearance or functionality (last 2 pictures).
Silver fittings need gentle hand polishing.
