This type of daggers were used from northern india (now pakistan) throughout afghanistan and central asia - bukhara, kokand, khiva (now uzbekistan). 
No doubt, it could be used by member of "basmachi" movement in russian part of central asia.
Bone grip panels (made of domestic cattle bone, mentioned to comply with ebay policy).
Hand forged razor sharp blade, fine details on t-spine.
Leather over wood scabbard with metal drag. 
High quality throughout, all parts 100% original.

About 16 1/4 in. (41.3 cm) long in scabbard.  
About 15 1/2 in. (39.3 cm) long out of scabbard.
Blade is about 11 in. (27.9 cm) long.
   Condition:
Very good original antique condition with honest field wear and charming indication of age. 
Extremely sharp uncleaned blade is excellent.
Scabbard is in serviceable condition, noticeable wear to original leather, exposing wood. 
Expected stable age cracks and stain to grip panels.
