Fine ruby red color glass fower vase. 
Hand blown and hand cut at the top glass.
Traces of gold decoration at the top - gold is completely worn off.
European, probably bohemian, circa 19th century. 
Unmarked - guaranteed authentic 19th century piece.

Very good original antique condition with minimum amount of normal wear. 
One tini "mosquito bite" from inside, at the top - see last picture. 
Some minor discoloration at the base - looks like factory imperfection.
