Potery with sterling silver rim at the top.
Marked at the silver rim with set of english sterling silver hallmarks for birmingham, year "code" for 1900, maker's mark: "t.w" 
Marked under the base with set of royal doulton marks.
Excellent original condition with very minor handling marks and minimum normal indication of age.
No damage - no problems - no repairs.
About 6 1/2 in. (16.5 cm) high.
