Fine quality "engine turned" and hand engraved decoration.  
Marked with austrian silver hallmarks for 1867 - 1922 period. 
800/1000 silver standard (lower than sterling). 
Maker's mark "gs".

Approximately 11 3/4 in. (29.8 cm) high. 
About 6 1/8 in. (15.5 cm) base diameter. 
Weight:
Silver weight is about 9.4 troy oz (293 grams). 
Candlestick is not weighted. 
  Condition:
Very good original antique condition with light normal wear and minor charming indication of age. Normal expected handling marks, expected dings and scratches.  
Very difficult to photograph item - all dark and light spots that appear in the pictures is just a reflection and light tarnishing, need more cleaning and hand polishing. 
No monogram or mono removal.
