Decorated with real precious gemstones: rose cut diamonds, rubies, sapphires, garnets and other light-green stones (probably peridot). 
Leaves set with natural rose-cut diamonds (diamonds were electronically tested).
Basket of flowers mounted on cobalt blue color translucent glass (crystal).
European, probably italian, circa early 20th century. 
Very fine quality hand engraved decoration at the back.
Gilded interior.
Unmarked - guaranteed solid silver (minimum 800/1000 silver standard, maybe lower than sterling).

Very good original antique condition with some expected handling marks and light charming indication of age.
Very minor tiny chips to gobal blue crystal - to small to photograph, practically unnoticeable in real life, mention just for 100% accuracy.
