Very fine quality antique scabbard for traditional indonesian badik (badek) dagger.  
Superb hand chased decoration with islamic, arabic calligraphy - the verse from quran.
Silver over wood (guaranteed solid silver, 800/1000 or higher silver standard).  
Fine quality hand chased ornate decoration on both sides.

Would accommodate blade up to 1.5 in. (3.8 cm) wide and up to about 11 in. (28 cm) long.

Very good antique original condition with expected handling marks and minor charming indication of age. 
One suspension ring is made of brass, looks like working life period replacement (last picture).
