Very nice antique russian / caucasian kinjal dagger.  
Circa 19th century.
High quality hand forged very sturdy sharp blade.
Fancy rivets cups on hilt and top mount on scabbard made of steel (iron) and decorated with applied silver ornament. 
Applied siver on iron (steel) - very desirable "zarnish" technique. 
Grip is made with two b0ne slabs.

Very good original antique condition with honest wear and charming indication of age. 
Expected handling marks and age patina to b0ne grip slabs. 
Looks like small piece of b0ne was re-glued on the back. 
Wear to silver zarnish decoration. 
Some leather is lost from the bottom part of scabbard (about 1 1/8 in.)
Blade is in excellent antique condition with minor age wear, was cleaned recently.
Original shagreen leather on scabbard shows expected age wear, still fully serviceable.
