Figural ram's head grip (handle) is hand carved from natural rock crystal stone. 
Finest quality workmanship, meticulous attention to small realistic details.
Superb quality damascus watered steel wootz blade.
Multy-fullered complex blade is pitted, but damascus watered wootz pattern is well visible. 
Old repair to the tip of the blade, most likely due to previous heavy rust damage. 
Precious wootz blade appears to be much older, probably 17th-18th century blade was repaired and re-hilted in 19th century. 
Natural imperfections inside gorgeous natural rock crystal grip.
 No scabbard.

Blade is about 9 1/2 in. (24.1 cm) long and 2 1/16 in. (5.2 cm) wide at widest point.
  Condition: 
Grip is in very good original antique condition, shows minor handling marks, no chips or cracks - just natural imperfections inside clear translucent stone.
Old pitting to blade, heavier on one side, no active rust. 
Old repair to the tip of the blade.
