Very fine antique islamic dagger. 
Ottoman turkey, trabzon province.
Circa 18th - early 19th century.
Gold-gilded sheath and grip inset on front with real corals and turquoise stones. 
Silvered back side is hand chased with turkish ottoman style decoration. 
Beautiful koftgari gold arabic calligraphy on both sides of the blade at ricasso.

About 10 1/4 in. (26 cm) long out of sheath.
Blade is about 6 1/2 in. (16.5 cm) long.

Overall very good original antique uncleaned condition, shows charming honest age wear.
Blade is in excellent uncleaned condition, gold koftgari decoration is about 98% intact. 
Few small turquoise stones are missing.
Minor shallow dents (hardly noticeable, mentioned just for 100% accuracy).
Fine quality rare example - truly collectors grade antique islamic dagger.
