Caucasian - georgian (part of russian empire), circa 18th - early 19th century.
Steel cross-guard and steel mounts with traces of original gold decoration.
Deep maker's mark on the blade inlaid with gold.
White bovine bone - domestic cattle bone grip panels. (mentioned to comply with ebay policy).
Leather over wood scabbard.
About 40 1/2 in. (102.9 cm) long in the scabbard.
About 38 1/2 in. (97.8 cm) long with out the scabbard.  
Blade is about 33 3/4 in. (85.7 cm) long.
Condition:
Original "shagreen" leather on top part of the scabbard. 
Replaced "shagreen" leather from 2nd suspension ring down to the tip of scabbard.
Cracks on grip panels.
Multi - fullered blade is in excellent original condition, minor dark spots near the tip. No sharpening marks.
Overall excellent original antique condition with normal charming indication of age, nice patina
Sword was never taken apart.
No restoration, alteration or cleaning (except for replaced leather on bottom part of the scabbard) .
