Wonderful antique silver enamel snuff box - pill box.
European, probably italian, circa early 20th century. 
Very fine quality hand painted porcelain miniature at the top.
Unmarked - guaranteed solid silver (800/1000 silver standard, lower than sterling).
   Condition:
Good original antique condition with some expected handling marks and charming indication of age.
Very minor imperfections to enamel - to small to photograph.
Significant wear to gold gilding.
Very light expected scratches.
Lid closes perfectly.
