Very nice antique english sterling silver serving spoon.  
Circa 18th century.
Was "upgraded" in 19th century with hand engraved and superb chased repousse decoration - common practice for victorian era. 
Fully marked on the back with set of english sterling hallmarks for london, 1770. Maker's mark for thomas & william chawner. 
Engraved with beautiful family crest.

About 8 1/2 in. (21.6 cm) long.

About 1.97 troy oz. (61 grams) - good weight for the size.
  condition: 
Very good original antique condition with minor charming indication of age. 
Minimum normal handling marks, expected very light  scratches.
Very difficult to photograph item - all dark spots that appear in the pictures is just a reflection and light tarnishing. 
No repairs.
Beautiful, about 250 years old piece of british sterling silver.
