Circa early 19th century. 
Large size hilt, outstanding crisp details on eagle head pommel.

Worn blue and gold decoration on both sides of the blade.
Apparently unmarked.  
Original brass scabbard.

Blade is 30 3/4 in. (78.1 cm) long.

Very good original antique uncleaned condition with honest wear and charming indication of age. 
Very slight play between hilt parts. 
Blade is in good original condition with honest age wear. 
Original bluing shows significant wear, good amount of gold still present. 
Few very minor nicks to cutting edge. 
Small manufacturing flaw on blade (mentioned just for 100% accuracy).
Expected honest wear to gilding on hilt. 
White color b0ne grip is in very good uncleaned condition, shows minor age wear and stable expected age crack. 
Repair to lower part of the scabbard (last picture). 
Few shalow dents to scabbard. 
Old gold paint at the lower part of the scabbard.
